Current Clients - you may have noticed there are some changes to my schedule this fall. I can appreciate this may come as a bit of a surprise to you if it has been a little time since we have last seen each other. I appreciate change can be hard; for all of us! If there is anything coming up for you with respect to this change, please bring it up with me in session. If my new schedule no longer works for you, please also bring that up with me in-person or via email. I would love to assist you with a referral to another trusted clinician if that is what would be most helpful at this time.

Please note - session length will be extending from 50 minutes to 60 minutes as of November 1st, 2024. It is my desire to communicate this to everyone in session, but also placing it here so that hopefully no one is missed. The fee per individual session will be $175 per hour (inclusive of GST), and $195 per hour (inclusive of GST) for couples. These fees are within the recommended ranges set out by BCACC for more experienced RCCs. Please speak to Lara if this fee structure presents any financial hardship for you or your family.
