Welcome! You have likely noticed our new name. Lara Rabb Counselling has become Alara Counselling & Relationship Centre.

Lara is accepting new clients at this time.

If you are a current client having difficulty finding a time that works for you, please use the waitlist feature available in Jane to be notified of cancellations as they become available. If you are having difficulty booking, or would like to book a longer session, please email hello@alaracounselling.ca I am here to help.

Please note:

  • my next scheduled break will be June 26 - July 3, 2026
  • there will be an increase in session fees beginning June 1, 2026. The new fee will be $180 for 1 hour Individual Sessions, and $200 for 1 hour of Couples Therapy.
